The foundation level of this piece has the pages from the book of Leviticus along with butterfly prints that are more hidden than the the first three pieces preceding this one. The hamsa portrait visually explores love, justice, sacrifice and freedom with a not-so-happy expression. Meaning I focused more on the process of atoning which is not an easy one. I chose vibrant colors because I found this piece to be bitter sweet and color makes everything brighter and happier for me.
